A night of fine traditional music and song in the heart of Kimmage on Dublin’s southside on Wednesday November 16th @ 7pm. The Four Provinces will host a special evening with three renowned artists.
Amongst the artists performing on the night is well known Dublin Fiddle player Aidan Connolly who has been nominated for an RTÉ Folk Award 2022 for Best Folk Instrumentalist. The Four Provinces are also delighted to have Maitiú Ó Casaide, uilleann piper with the Bonny Men performing on the night. Maitiú comes from a family steeped in the Irish tradition and is also a former recipient of the prestigious TG4 Young Musician of the Year Award. Finally, Vincent Doherty is a fine traditional singer and musician from Derry steeped in the Northern song tradition. He is a regular performer on the singing circuit and his album ‘The High Walls of Derry’ was highly acclaimed.
